Technoplastic is a modern engineering and manufacturing company specializing in the development and production of high‑performance polymer compounds and masterbatches for industrial applications.

 

We work with plastics processors and finished product manufacturers who value consistent raw material quality, predictable processing, and minimal waste. Instead of offering “one‑size‑fits‑all” materials, we deliver bespoke solutions tailored precisely to your project requirements and equipment specifications.

We:

• develop formulations for injection moulding, extrusion and thermoforming;
• select optimal combinations of fillers and additives to achieve targeted properties such as impact strength, heat resistance, rigidity and surface appearance;
• support the integration of compounds into production by providing processing recommendations, supplying test batches and participating in production launches;
• create solutions using recycled PP without compromising stability or performance.

Our goal is to ensure that raw materials no longer pose a production risk, but instead become a reliable tool for manufacturing competitive, high‑quality products under your brand.

Company History

The history of Technoplastic began in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where Royal Plast LLC was founded in 2017. From the very beginning, the company grew not only as a manufacturing site, but also as a center of expertise in polymer materials, gradually developing its own engineering‑driven approach to compounding.

As the company gained experience and took on more complex projects, its focus shifted from basic polymer processing to the development of materials with precisely defined properties. Increasing attention was devoted to creating formulations tailored to specific equipment, product requirements, and the needs of industrial customers.

A key milestone in this evolution came in 2022 with the establishment of an engineering and production division under the Technoplastic brand. This marked the company’s transition from a local processing enterprise to an organization with a mature R&D infrastructure. Laboratory capabilities were expanded, standardized testing methods were introduced, and systematic work began with a wide range of thermoplastics — including PP, PE, ABS, SAN, PS, PC, PBT, PA6, PA66, and others.

Today, Technoplastic is more than a manufacturer — it is an engineering partner for industry. The company brings together practical production experience, laboratory analytics, and precise formulation work to create polymer solutions that meet modern demands for stability, predictability, and efficiency in industrial processes.

We work to reduce defects and rework for our customers — lowering resource consumption, decreasing equipment load and minimizing environmental impact in the process. Through a robust quality control system, we ensure consistent material properties from batch to batch. Technoplastic’s management system is certified according to international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, confirming our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility and workplace safety.
